Dr. Rebecca Grome has spent her career making sure patients feel genuinely understood — not just evaluated. Before purchasing Ears4U Hearing Services in 2018, she worked with a hearing aid manufacturer as an account executive, training audiologists on best practices for hearing aid fitting and helping improve the overall patient experience in clinics. That background shaped the way she runs her own practice today.

Dr. Grome has contributed to international projects focused on the future of the hearing aid industry and firmly believes every patient deserves a personalized approach to their hearing health. She's a passionate advocate for hearing conservation and has spent years working closely with musicians, offering specialized testing and custom hearing protection tailored to their unique needs. She is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and a provider in Dr. Cliff's HearingUp Network, a distinction that reflects her commitment to best-practice audiological care.
